Classically furnished, individually designed

Villa Štefanija offers five classically furnished, individually designed rooms, the Teran family suite and the Malvazija apartment. The rooms bear the names of the nonas (grandmothers) of Puntera — friends of grandma Štefanija — while the suite and apartment are named after Istrian wines. All units have a terrace and a sea view, and breakfast is included in the rate.

Malvazija

A 100 m² apartment for three guests, with two balconies and a sea view: a double bedroom, a living room with a bed on the mezzanine, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and two bathrooms — one with a shower, the other with a Jacuzzi tub. Named after Malvasia, the white grape variety most widely grown in Istria.

The room rate includes breakfast (every morning 8–12), use of the pool, parking and daily housekeeping. In every room: a coffee machine, kettle, pool towels, mineral water, a hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers and personalised toiletries. Room service is available on request. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Breakfast with a sea view

Breakfast is included in the rate and served individually, every morning from 8 to 12 — on the terrace by the pool or in the dining room. Fresh croissants and homemade bread, omelettes made to order, prosciutto and cheese, yoghurt with seasonal fruit, homemade jams, coffee and freshly squeezed juice.

Villa Štefanija is pet friendly — pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
